Replacement and exchange policies apply if your product is damaged during shipment or if an incorrect item is delivered. RETURN
At PAK Tameer, we do not offer a return policy, as all our products are custom-made to order. However, replacements or exchanges may be accommodated in certain cases, subject to our terms and conditions.
Please ensure you have a confirmation email or sales invoice as proof of purchase.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange a product based on your preferences, please contact us via phone or email within 2 days of placing the order or receiving the product.
To process the exchange, proof of purchase in the form of a confirmation email or sales invoice is required. The exchanged goods will be delivered within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the product.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, it will be either exchanged or repaired based on your preference and the nature of the issue.
